Henry C. Thias House
Henry C. Thias House is a historic home in Washington, Missouri. Also known as the Forrest Swarz Residence and now the Marc and Christina Houseman Residence, it is located at 304 Elm Street. Built in 1888 by Henry C. Thias, the two-story brick house is designed in the Queen Anne style and features several porches with decorative spindlework. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places on September 20, 1984 (NRHP reference number 84002539).
