Harry Cook Jackson (July 23, 1915 – February 12, 2000) was an American Democratic politician and lawyer from Columbus, Georgia. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Auburn University and worked as an engineer before becoming a lawyer in 1952.

Jackson served in the Georgia State Senate from 1961 to 1975 and was president pro tempore from 1963 to 1967. He ran for the Democratic nomination for governor in 1974 but was not nominated.

In August 1978, he won the Democratic primary for mayor of Columbus, defeating incumbent Jack P. Mickle. He served as mayor from 1979 to 1983.

After his mayoralty, he joined the Georgia Ports Authority, serving on its board from 1985 and becoming its chairman in September 1994.

Jackson died on February 12, 2000, at the age of 84.
