Hamako Mori, born February 18, 1930 in Asakusa, Japan, is a Japanese gamer known online as Gamer Grandma. She started playing video games in 1981 at age 51 after seeing her children and grandchildren play. She first played on the Cassette Vision, then the Nintendo Entertainment System, and later the PlayStation in the 1990s.

In 2014 she started a YouTube channel called Gamer Grandma to connect with gamers around the world. The channel posts in Japanese and she also does live streams of games like Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Grand Theft Auto V. Mori says she spends three or more hours a day playing, enjoying games such as The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, Super Mario Bros., Dragon Quest, Final Fantasy, Call of Duty, and GTA V.

By May 2020 she had over 250,000 subscribers, growing to about 300,000 by June 2020, and reaching 500,000 by June 2021. In May 2020 she received the Guinness World Record as the oldest gaming YouTuber at age 90. Her channel has been inactive since May 14, 2023. Last updated February 13, 2025.
