Asian Caribbean people are Caribbean residents who trace part or all of their ancestry to Asia. There are more than 2.5 million of them. Most came as indentured workers after slavery ended, to work in mines and on sugar plantations in the Caribbean.

Their roots are mainly South Asian and East Asian, with people from Southeast Asia and West Asia as well. They speak many languages: English and other colonial languages, plus Asian languages such as Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Punjabi, Gujarati, Mandarin, Cantonese, Javanese, Japanese, Tagalog, Thai, Vietnamese, Sinhala, and more.

Asian Caribbean communities can be found in Canada, the United Kingdom, the United States, the Netherlands, and other countries.

There is no single religion among Asian Caribbeans. They practice Hinduism, Islam, Buddhism, Christianity, and other faiths. Smaller religious groups include Shinto, Sikhism, Jainism, Zoroastrianism, Judaism, Baháʼí, and Kejawèn (a Javanese tradition).
