Garachay (Azerbaijani: Qaraçay) is a river in the Quba District of Azerbaijan. It starts on the northern slopes of the eastern Greater Caucasus near Mount Babadag and flows toward the historic town of Qabala. In the Qabala area it is joined by the small streams Hamzali, Mirazabeyli and Gojalan. The Garachay finally merges into the Turyan River near the village of Savalan. From there, the water continues into the Kura River and then to the Caspian Sea.
