Francis Wayland Glen (September 5, 1836 – May 5, 1912) was a Canadian politician and a manufacturer in Ontario. He represented Ontario South in the House of Commons as a Liberal member from 1878 to 1887. He was born in Minaville, New York, the son of Elijah McKinney Glen, who was of Scottish descent, and he was educated in Rochester. He married Harriet Frances Hall in Rochester. Glen managed Hall Works in Oshawa, a company that made iron tools, which had been started by his father-in-law, Joseph Hall. After the business failed, he returned to New York, where he died at the age of 75.
