State Road 436 (SR 436) is a north-south road in the Orlando area, best known as Semoran Boulevard for most of its length and Altamonte Drive in Altamonte Springs. It runs from US 441 in Apopka to the Beachline Expressway near Orlando International Airport, covering about 25.5 miles. The road passes through Seminole and Orange counties and gets its name from a blend of the two counties’ names (Semoran).

Key route details
- Starts near SR 417; from the airport area it meets SR 528, then runs north and intersects SR 15/552, SR 408, and SR 50.
- After the US 17-92 interchange, SR 436 turns west and enters Altamonte Springs, where it intersects I-4 (exit 92) and SR 434.
- It continues west past Wekiva Springs Road and Sheeler Avenue and ends at US 441.

Transit
- Lynx bus routes 436N (Apopka to Fern Park) and 436S (Fern Park to the Orlando International Airport) run along SR 436.

Major projects
- 2011-2014: A $24.5 million project built a flyover from eastbound SR 436 to Red Bug Lake Road in Casselberry to ease delays at the Red Bug Lake Road light; opened February 1, 2014.
- 2013-2015: An $80 million project added a flyover interchange with US 17-92 over SR 436 in Casselberry to reduce congestion; completed April 6, 2015.
