Muchacha de barrio
Muchacha de barrio (Neighborhood Girl) is a Mexican telenovela produced by Ernesto Alonso for Canal de las Estrellas. It aired from 1979 to 1980 and stars Ana Martín, Humberto Zurita, and Guillermo Murray as the main characters.
Plot:
Laura is a cheerful neighborhood girl who lives with her mother Rosa and her stepfather Pancho. She studies accounting and gets a job at a newspaper owned by Pablo Moncada, who works with his adoptive son Raul. Laura and Raul fall in love, but several circumstances, including family secrets, push them apart. In the end, they find true happiness.
