Spiniphallellus fuscescens is a small moth in the Gelechiidae family. It was described in 2008 by Oleksiy V. Bidzilya and Ole Karsholt. It is found in north-eastern Turkey. The wingspan is 14–15 mm. The name fuscescens comes from the Latin word fuscus, meaning dark, referring to its uniform dark brown forewings.
