Dream Cruises
Dream Cruises is a cruise line owned by StarDream Cruises, a Malaysian company. It was created by Genting Hong Kong, which announced it in November 2015 in Guangzhou as an Asian luxury cruise line and began sailing in November 2016. In October 2022, a Bermuda court ordered the liquidation of Genting Hong Kong and Dream Cruises. Lim Kok Thay bought back the Genting Hong Kong brand trademarks. On February 26, 2025, Resorts World Cruises, led by Lim Kok Thay, announced that the business would split its operations and reform Dream Cruises and Star Cruises into StarCruises. Genting Dream became the first ship of the reformed Dream Cruises. From 2025, Dream Cruises has rejoined the fleet.
