Mese, Lombardy
Mese is a small town in northern Italy. It is a comune in the Province of Sondrio, in the Lombardy region. It lies about 90 kilometers north of Milan and about 40 kilometers northwest of Sondrio.
The town covers an area of 4.15 square kilometers and sits at 274 meters above sea level. As of May 31, 2022, about 1,812 people live there. The residents are called Masuati. The mayor is Paolo Cipriani. The postal code is 23020 and the telephone area code is 0343.
Mese borders the municipalities of Chiavenna, Gordona, Menarola, Prata Camportaccio, and San Giacomo Filippo.
