Drăgușeni is a small commune in Iași County, Western Moldavia, Romania. It sits on the Stavnic River, about 30 kilometers from the city of Iași. The commune is made up of two villages: Drăgușeni and Frenciugi. These villages were part of Șcheia Commune until 2004, when they became their own commune.

As of December 1, 2021, Drăgușeni has 1,217 residents. The area of the commune is 23.25 square kilometers, and its elevation is 157 meters.
