Sam Louw (Samuel Kolman Louw) is a South African politician who served as a member of the National Assembly for the African National Congress from May 1994 to May 2009. He was elected in 1994 and re-elected in 1999 and 2004, representing the North West. In his final term he sat on the Portfolio Committee on Minerals and Energy.
