Donna Simpson, born in 1967, is an American internet personality known for publicly aiming to become one of the heaviest women. In 2008 she announced a goal of reaching 800 pounds. By 2010 she weighed about 602 pounds, down from 630 pounds in 2008. She ran a website where fans paid to watch her eat and posted videos online.

In 2007 she gave birth to a daughter named Jacqueline by C-section, weighing about 532 pounds at birth, earning her a Guinness World Record as the heaviest woman to give birth (awarded in 2010). She also has a son. She grew up in Mogadore, Ohio, where she faced bullying and harsh treatment from her stepmother.

She married chef Robert Simpson, had a son, and later divorced. In 2006 she met Philippe Gouamba online; they planned to marry but separated in 2011, later reconciling. In 2010 she lived in Old Bridge Township, New Jersey; her BMI was 103.9 and she reportedly ate about 12,000 calories a day, with family food costs around $582–$750 weekly. A dietitian criticized her eating as self-destructive.

In 2011 she began a diet to reduce her weight to around 370 pounds to become more independent. By 2025 she had not publicly shared her current weight after losing around 28 pounds and after her divorce, she said she hoped to keep losing weight, aiming for around 350 pounds. She remains known for supporting the fat-acceptance movement.
