Joseph Wei Jingyi (魏景义), born May 1958 in Qingyuan County, Hebei, China, is a Chinese Roman Catholic bishop. He has led the Apostolic Prefecture of Qiqihar in Heilongjiang since 2000, succeeding Paul Guo Wen-zhi.

He studied at Jilin Seminary and was ordained a priest in 1985, then began his ministry in Heilongjiang in 1986. His work with the underground church led to several arrests: on December 7, 1987 for printing Catholic publications (he was released a few months later), and on September 21, 1990 for attending an underground church (he was released after reeducation through labour). In January 1994 he was arrested in Hebei.

Wei was elected coadjutor bishop of the Apostolic Prefecture of Qiqihar on June 22, 1995, and became bishop on August 1, 2000. He was received by Pope John Paul II in the Vatican in 2002. In October 2005, Pope Benedict XVI invited four Chinese bishops to the World Bishops’ Conference in Rome, including Wei Jingyi.
