Diana Dennis (born July 21, 1951) is a retired American professional female bodybuilder. Nicknamed "Di," she began competing in 1981 in local contests. She found early success in mixed pairs with partner Kevin Lawrence, winning several titles including the 1985 IFBB World Amateur Mixed Pairs.

She earned her pro card by winning the overall title at the 1985 NPC Nationals and finished third in Ms. Olympia later that year, establishing herself as a top professional. Dennis competed in nine Ms. Olympia contests, reaching the top ten in all but one.

As a pro, she won the 1986 Los Angeles Pro Championship and the 1989 Pro World Championship. She was inducted into the IFBB Hall of Fame in 2001. Dennis retired from competition in 1994 but continues to train others.
