Takuya Miyamoto (July 8, 1983 – May 1, 2022) was a Japanese footballer who played as a defender. He was born in Hiroshima and stood 1.65 meters tall. In his youth, he played for Sanfrecce Hiroshima (1999–2001) and then attended Osaka University of Commerce (2002–2005). In his professional career, he played for Cerezo Osaka (2006–2007), Montedio Yamagata (2008–2012), and Avispa Fukuoka (2013). He made 207 league appearances and scored 1 goal in total. He passed away on May 1, 2022, at the age of 38.
