Middlesbrough South and East Cleveland is a UK Parliament constituency in North Yorkshire. It covers the southern outskirts of Middlesbrough and nearby towns in Redcar and Cleveland, including Guisborough and Loftus. Since 2024 its boundaries were adjusted to match local ward borders, and Saltburn-by-the-Sea was moved to the Redcar constituency.

The seat was created in 1997, mainly replacing Langbaurgh, and elects one Member of Parliament. As of 2024 the MP is Luke Myer of the Labour Party. The seat has often been closely fought between Labour and the Conservatives, with Labour holding it from 1997 until 2017, when Conservative Simon Clarke won it, and Labour regaining it later.

About 69,967 people were eligible to vote in 2023. The main places in the constituency include parts of Middlesbrough such as Hemlington, Nunthorpe, Coulby Newham, Marton, Easterside and Park End, along with towns such as Guisborough and Loftus, including Skelton and Brotton. The area combines urban and rural communities, and has seen varied levels of unemployment and retirement over the years.
