Cederberg Municipality, Afrikaans: Cederberg Munisipaliteit, is a local government area in the Western Cape of South Africa. It runs from the Cederberg mountains in the east to the Atlantic coast in the west, following the Olifants River valley. The municipality covers about 8,007 square kilometres and includes the towns of Clanwilliam, Citrusdal and Lambert's Bay, along with smaller communities such as Graafwater, Leipoldtville and Elands Bay.

Population has grown from 49,768 in 2011 to 55,108 in 2022. The 2022 racial makeup is 68.9% Coloured, 21.8% Black African and 7.9% White. The main language is Afrikaans (about 88.7%), with Xhosa, Sotho and English spoken by smaller groups.

The municipality is governed by a council of 11 members: six ward councillors and five from party lists to ensure proportional representation. The mayor is Azrial Scheepers (ANC) and the deputy mayor is Ruben Richards; the council speaker is Maxwell Heins. After the 2021 elections, coalitions governed the council and leadership has seen changes in the following years.

Geographically, the Olifants River runs north through the centre, and the Cederberg mountains lie to the east. The area is bordered by Matzikama to the north, Hantam to the east, and Witzenberg and Bergrivier to the south. In 2011, the Cederberg Wilderness Area was added to the municipality. The region operates on South Africa Standard Time (UTC+2).
