Deividas Gailius (born Daunys) is a Lithuanian professional basketball player who captains BC Gargždai in the Lithuanian Basketball League (LKL). He is 6 ft 7 in (2.01 m) tall and can play both small forward and shooting guard.

Born on April 26, 1988 in Klaipėda, Lithuania, Gailius began his pro career in 2005 with Nafta-Uni-Laivitė Klaipėda. Over the years he has played for many teams across Europe, including Neptūnas, Šiauliai, Virtus Bologna, Olimpija Ljubljana, Lietuvos rytas, Burgos, Pınar Karşıyaka, and Baskets Bonn, returning several times to Neptūnas. In 2025 he signed with BC Gargždai.
