Bo Kelly (born June 27, 1972) is a former American football player who spent 12 seasons in the Arena Football League as a fullback and linebacker in the 1990s and 2000s. He was born in Overton, Texas, and is 6 feet 2 inches tall, weighing 235 pounds.

High school and college career
- Attended West Rusk High School in New London, Texas, earning all-district honors as a running back and lettered in basketball, track, and baseball.
- Played at Cisco Junior College, earning second-team All-Conference honors.
- Transferred to East Texas State University, where he was second-team All-Conference as a senior, finished second on the team in rushing with six rushing touchdowns as a fullback, and earned Snow Bowl MVP in 1994.

Professional career
- Went undrafted in 1995 but played in the Arena Football League.
- Teams: Arizona Rattlers (1996–1999, 2001–2007) and Carolina Cobras (2000).
- Won an ArenaBowl championship with the Rattlers in 1997.
- Became the AFL’s all-time rushing leader during his career, compiling 1,617 rushing yards on 541 attempts and 88 rushing touchdowns. He also recorded 541 tackles and 3.5 sacks as a linebacker.
