Tanjung Bintang is a district (kecamatan) in South Lampung Regency, Lampung Province, on the island of Sumatra, Indonesia. It lies east of Bandar Lampung city and covers 165.94 square kilometers. In 2020, 82,184 people lived there; the mid-2024 estimate is 89,312 people (45,228 men and 44,084 women). The district includes 16 rural villages (desa) sharing the postal code 35361, many of which are suburbs of Bandar Lampung. The administrative center is Jati Baru village. The area is located at about 5.317°S, 105.200°E.
