Babna Polica is a small Slovenian village southeast of Stari Trg pri Ložu, in the Loška Dolina Municipality. It is in the Inner Carniola traditional region and the Littoral–Inner Carniola statistical region. The area is 12.35 square kilometers, sits at about 756 meters above sea level, and had 11 residents in 2002. The village name has appeared as Babina Polica in older sources; in German it was Babnapoliza.

On the northern edge of Babna Polica stands a church dedicated to Saint Anthony the Hermit, part of the Parish of Stari Trg. It is first mentioned in 1403. The door casing shows the year 1589, indicating a late-16th-century rebuilding, and the main altar dates from 1716.
