Immunization Action Coalition (IAC) is a non-profit organization founded in 1994 that shares information about vaccines and the diseases they prevent. It is based in Saint Paul, Minnesota and works with the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The IAC has coalitions across the United States and Canada, and Paul Offit serves on its advisory board.

The IAC aims to help the public understand immunization. Its website features Unprotected People Stories about the consequences of avoiding vaccines and Talking about Vaccines, which covers general vaccine topics. It also shares information through social media and popular outlets like Dear Abby columns and letters to the editor. In 2012, the IAC promoted the fourth edition of The Vaccine Handbook: A Practical Guide for Clinicians.

The World Health Organization lists the IAC on its Global Vaccine Safety page, noting that materials are available in languages such as Korean, Vietnamese, and Turkish. The IAC promotes hepatitis B vaccination for children aged 0–18 and is a member of the WHO-led Vaccine Safety Net. Official website: immunize.org.
