Atalay Babacan (born 28 June 2000 in Denizli, Turkey) is a Turkish footballer who plays as a midfielder for Ümraniyespor in the Turkish First League. He is 1.74 meters tall and wears number 20 for his club.

Career overview:
- Youth football: Denizlispor (2013–2014) and Galatasaray (2014–2019). He joined Galatasaray’s academy in 2015 and signed a three-year professional contract on 8 October 2018 after progressing through the U-16, U-17 and U-21 teams.
- First team moment: Babacan made his official Galatasaray debut on 5 December 2018 in the Turkish Cup against Keçiörengücü, playing 65 minutes and scoring the opening goal in a 2–1 win.
- Loans and transfers: He was loaned to Adanaspor for the 2020–2021 season (29 appearances, 3 goals). On 26 January 2022, he was loaned to Ümraniyespor for the rest of that season.
