IQMS, also known as DELMIAWorks, was a private software company based in Paso Robles, California. It was founded in 1989 by Randy and Nancy Flamm, starting with a DOS-based product called IQGenesis and later creating EnterpriseIQ, a manufacturing ERP system.

The company moved its headquarters to Paso Robles in 1995 and developed real-time manufacturing execution software for automotive, medical, plastics, consumer goods, aerospace, and other industries. IQMS offered ERP plus production monitoring, quality control, supply chain management, CRM, and e-business tools, available on-site or in the cloud and compatible with Windows, Linux, and Unix.

IQMS grew and was named to Inc. Magazine’s list of the 5000 fastest-growing private U.S. companies from 2011 through 2016. Gary Nemmers became CEO in 2015, with Cheri Williams taking over in 2020. In 2012, the company released RTStation, a shop-floor touch-screen device, and in 2016 added WebIQ, a browser-based interface for EnterpriseIQ, along with secure off-site data backups.

In 2019, Dassault Systèmes acquired IQMS for about $425 million and rebranded the product line as DELMIAWorks. IQMS’s software supported ERP, real-time production tracking, quality control, supply chain, CRM, and e-business functions, and could be deployed on-premises or in the cloud. The company had about 312 employees in 2018 and roughly $53.5 million in revenue in 2016, with headquarters in California and offices worldwide.
