Romas Petrukanecas
Romas Petrukanecas (born May 16, 1973) is a Lithuanian sprint canoeist who competed in the early to mid-2000s. He won a bronze medal in the K-1 200 m at the 2002 World Championships in Seville and also claimed the overall World Cup title that year, plus a bronze in the same event at the European Championships in Szeged, Hungary. He competed in the K-1 1000 m at the 2004 Athens Olympics but was eliminated in the semifinals. He is now the head coach of Lithuania’s kayak team.
