Harkerville
Harkerville is a small settlement in the Garden Route District Municipality, Western Cape, South Africa. It covers about 43.6 square kilometers. In 2001, 269 people lived there, giving a population density of about 6.2 people per square kilometer. The racial makeup was mainly Coloured (77.7%), with 16.7% White and 5.6% Black African. The first languages were Afrikaans (86.6%) and English (13.4%). The postal box is 6604 and the area uses South Africa Standard Time (UTC+2). Its coordinates are 34°01′59″S 23°13′59″E. Harkerville is part of the Bitou Local Municipality in the Western Cape.
