Andrew Corden (1978 – 19 May 2002) was a Gaelic footballer from County Carlow, Ireland. He was the youngest of five children of Frank and Mary Corden. Considered one of Carlow’s best full-backs, he captained the Carlow senior inter-county team. His last game came seven days before his sudden death at the age of 24.

Corden also captained his club, O’Hanrahan’s, guiding them to a third consecutive Carlow Senior Football Championship the year before he died. His death was part of a double tragedy for Carlow football, as they were about to return to training after the other news of Sean Kavanagh’s father passing away.

Before his death, Corden had led Carlow to their first senior trophy, the O’Byrne Cup, and to a win over Dublin in the Kevin Jordan tournament final.
