Ana Maria Pereira Abrunhosa (born 4 July 1970 in Portuguese Angola) is a Portuguese economist and politician. She earned a PhD in economics from the University of Coimbra and has taught there since 1995, also working as a researcher at the Centre for Social Studies. She held regional development roles before entering national politics, including leading the Centro Regional Coordination and Development Commission (2014–2019). She was a member of the Social Democratic Party (PSD) until 2019, when she joined the Socialist Party (PS).

Abrunhosa served as Minister for Territorial Cohesion from October 2019 to April 2024 under Prime Minister António Costa. In 2024 she was elected to the Assembly of the Republic representing Coimbra as a PS member. She has two children. In 2025 she ran for Mayor of Coimbra as an independent with backing from PS, PAN and Livre and won the election on October 12, 2025, becoming the mayor-elect.
