Mark E. Smith (born July 14, 1971) is a racing driver from Sunbury, Pennsylvania. He has competed in sprint cars and NASCAR trucks. He won Selinsgrove Speedway track championships in 2014, 2016 and 2020. In the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, he raced 2 times over 2019–2020, with a best finish of 73rd and finishing 75th in 2020. He drove the No. 42 Chevrolet Silverado for Niece Motorsports. His Truck debut was the 2019 Eldora Dirt Derby; his last Truck race was the 2020 Sunoco 159 at Daytona. He started in go-karts, moved through Super Sportsman to sprint cars (360s and 410s), and competed in the World of Outlaws. He has about 200 open-wheel wins and won the USCS Winter Heat in 2019; in early 2020 he had three USCS Thunder Tour wins. He is married with children.
