Ahmet Haxhiu (6 May 1932 – 6 July 1994) was a Kosovo Albanian political activist and a key arms smuggler for the Kosovo Liberation Army in the early 1990s. Born in Pristina, he became a leading figure in the Revolutionary Movement for Albanian Unification, which aimed to unite Albanian groups fighting the government of FR Yugoslavia. He later joined the People's Movement of Kosovo and was considered the right-hand man of Adem Demaçi.

On 28 November 2012, he was awarded the title Hero of Kosovo by President Atifete Jahjaga. He died in Pristina, then part of FR Yugoslavia, in 1994. He is the grandfather of Kosovar politician Albulena Haxhiu.
