GoTa
GoTa (Global Open Trunking Architecture) is a CDMA digital trunking system designed by ZTE. It was approved as a CCSA standard by China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in 2008 and became an ITU international standard in 2012. GoTa can be used for private or public trunking networks and offers more than basic trunking, including short messages, location-based services, and other data services. The original GoTa standard was created for the 800 MHz band and has been adapted to work in the 450 MHz band as well. Push to Talk over Cellular (PTT PoC) lets a cellular phone function like a walkie-talkie.
