Agesiles

Agesiles, also known as Arseiles (Greek: Arseilēs), ruled around 20 BC to 1 BC. He is one of the first known kings of the northern Yuezhi, a people who invaded the Greco-Bactrian kingdom in Bactria (now northern Afghanistan) from about 125 BC. Our knowledge of Agesiles comes only from his coins, which are very rare. His name may come from the Tocharian word Arsal, meaning "snake" or "viper."
