Manfredonia Calcio S.r.l.s.d., commonly known as Manfredonia Calcio or simply Manfredonia, is an Italian football club from Manfredonia in the Apulia region. They play in Serie D (Group H) and wear light blue and white. The team’s home ground is Stadio Miramare, which holds 4,076 spectators. Nicknames include The Dolphins, The White and Sky Blues, and The Sipontins.

Founded in 1932, Manfredonia has a long history and was one of Italy’s first professional teams to play home matches on a synthetic pitch. It briefly used the name Polisportiva Manfredonia in 1940–41. The club returned to the professional leagues in 2004 as S.S. Manfredonia Calcio S.r.l., earning promotion to Serie C1 in 2004–05. It was relegated after finishing last in 2007–08, battled serious financial problems, and by 2010 faced a capital shortfall of about €918,661; the old company was revoked in 2013.

A phoenix club started in 2010 as A.S.D. Manfredonia Football 1932, later renamed A.S.D. Manfredonia Calcio. In 2016 it was re-founded as Manfredonia Calcio S.r.l. Sportiva Dilettantistica. The team has a local rivalry with Foggia Calcio. In 2022–23, Manfredonia won the Eccellenza Apulia title and was promoted to Serie D.
