Adebayo Adepoju, full name Anthony Adebayo Adepoju, is a Nigerian politician, businessman and philanthropist. He represents Ibarapa Central and Ibarapa North Federal Constituency in Oyo State in the 10th Assembly and serves as Deputy Chairman of the House Committee on Federal Character Commission since 2023. He previously chaired the Water Corporation of Oyo State and he is a member of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

On June 17, 2024, the Ibarapa region produced Nigeria’s first One-Day House of Representatives member. The initiative was led by Hon. Dr. Adebayo Adepoju for his constituency. The program lets a young person, usually a student, spend a day in the House to observe how laws are made and to learn about governance.

The winner was Oladosu Peace Oluwaseyi from Idere, Ibarapa Central LGA, a senior student of Favourland College, Igboora. She was named the "One Day Rep." and will travel to Abuja with her parents to spend a day in the House, meet the Speaker, and attend a plenary session after the Sallah break. Finalists were judged on speaking, essay writing, and spelling.

Adepoju had announced the idea of a One-Day Member when he released his 100-day stewardship in September 2023. The program aims to engage young people, inspire future legislators from the constituency, help children succeed regardless of background, and promote youth-driven initiatives for the area.

Adepoju was born in Igboora, Oyo State. He holds a PhD in Business Management from the J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University, along with an MBA, an MSc in management with a focus on project management, a BSc in accounting, a PGD in financial management, and HND/OND in accounting. He has worked as a business manager and project management professional.

He has spoken out against discrimination and workplace violations by foreign companies. He has also moved a motion in the 10th House to protect Nigerians, which is now under review by the House Committee on Human Rights.
