The 2023 Pit Boss 250 presented by USA Today was the 6th race of the NASCAR Xfinity Series in 2023 and the 3rd running of the Pit Boss 250. It took place on March 25, 2023, at Circuit of the Americas in Austin, Texas, a 3.426-mile road course. The race was 46 laps long, totaling 157 miles.

A. J. Allmendinger, driving the No. 10 Kaulig Racing car, dominated by leading 28 laps and won the race—his 16th career Xfinity Series win and first of the season. William Byron (Hendrick Motorsports) finished second, with Ty Gibbs (Joe Gibbs Racing) in third.

The track at COTA is a premier grade 1 road course that also hosts Formula One and other major events.

Practice and qualifying
- One practice session was held Friday at 5:30 PM local time for 20 minutes. Allmendinger posted the fastest time, 2:15.055, at 90.896 mph.
- Qualifying used a two-group format for road courses. Allmendinger won the pole with a lap of 2:13.184 at 92.173 mph after advancing from the preliminary round.
- Four drivers did not qualify: Garrett Smithley, Parker Chase, Cameron Lawrence, and Baltazar Leguizamón.
