2012 Slovak Open – Doubles: Lukáš Dlouhý and Michail Elgin won the title, defeating Philipp Marx and Florin Mergea in the final. The score was 6–7(5–7), 6–2, [10–6]. The defending champions, Jan Hájek and Lukáš Lacko, were eliminated in the semifinals by Marx and Mergea.
