Douglass-Reams House is a historic brick house in Franklin, Tennessee, built about 1828. It features a center-hall (central passage) design, with the front door opening into a central hallway flanked by two large rooms, each with a fireplace and often Federal-style mantels. The house is two rooms deep (double pile) and does not have a rear addition, setting it apart from some nearby early brick homes. It is one of Williamson County’s notable pre-1830 central-hall houses that retain their original detailing. The Douglass-Reams House was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on April 13, 1988. It sits on about 1 acre at 2435 Douglass Glen Lane in Franklin.
