2010 Open Castilla y León – Doubles: Thiago Alves and Franco Ferreiro won the title, defeating Brian Battistone and Harsh Mankad 6–2, 5–7, [10–8] in the final. The defending champions were Nicolas Mahut and Édouard Roger-Vasselin, but only Mahut competed this year, partnering with Marc Gicquel as the third seed. Gicquel and Mahut were upset in the quarterfinals by Battistone and Mankad.
