Fred Wilson (born c. 1941 in Toronto) is a former Ontario politician. He was a New Democratic Party member of the Legislative Assembly of Ontario from 1990 to 1995, representing Frontenac—Addington. During Bob Rae's government, he served in the cabinet, first as parliamentary assistant to the Minister of Correctional Services, then as Minister of Government Services on April 22, 1991, and later as a minister without portfolio and Chief Government Whip on February 3, 1993.

Wilson grew up in Toronto, studied at Algonquin College and the University of Ottawa, served in the army in Kingston, and later worked for Bell Canada and the Workers' Compensation Board in Kingston. He was elected in 1990, defeating Liberal Larry South by about 1,400 votes. In 1994 he was one of 12 NDP members who voted against Bill 167, which would extend benefits to same-sex partners; Premier Rae allowed a free vote.

The NDP were defeated in 1995 and Wilson lost his seat, finishing third to PC Bill Vankoughnet and a Liberal candidate. He is married to Ingrid and resides in Kingston, Ontario.
