Ginacci House
Ginacci House
The Ginacci House is located at 1116 LaFarge Street in Louisville, Colorado. Built around 1908, it’s a one-story brick house with a hipped roof. The front features two arched doors and two arched windows, and the front porch and a central roof gable have decorative gingerbread trim. Among coal-miner homes in Louisville, it stands out for its red brick construction and Italian heritage. A 1926 extension added a spaghetti-making machine. The house has also been known as the Leary House. It sits on about 0.3 acres and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on February 14, 1986.
