1928 Cork Intermediate Hurling Championship
1928 Cork Intermediate Hurling Championship: Nemo Rangers won their first title, captained by G. O'Connor. They defeated Buttevant in the final, played on 21 October 1928 at the Athletic Grounds in Cork, by 5-07 to 0-00. This was the 19th staging of the championship, organized by the Cork County Board, and it was the first time Nemo Rangers and Buttevant met in the final. The championship followed the 1927 tournament and preceded the 1929 tournament.
