Chamaesphecia doryceraeformis
Chamaesphecia doryceraeformis is a moth in the clearwing family Sesiidae. It is found in Turkey, Iran, and the Transcaucasia region. Male adults feed on flowers or rest on Astragalus plants. The larvae feed on Phlomis capitata. Taxonomy: Kingdom Animalia; Phylum Arthropoda; Class Insecta; Order Lepidoptera; Family Sesiidae; Genus Chamaesphecia; Species doryceraeformis. It has also been described under the names Sesia doryceraeformis and Sesia ortalidiformis.
