Zachary Taylor Wellington House is a historic home at 415 Main Street in Huntington, West Virginia. It is a two-story I-house. Built around 1847, it began as a small 1.5-story hall-and-parlor house, and around 1870 an addition and major changes gave it its current look with Folk Victorian detailing.

The house is associated with Zachary Taylor Wellington (April 18, 1847 – August 25, 1923), a prominent Republican politician who held several public offices while living in Guyandotte.

The property covers less than one acre. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on December 24, 2008, with the reference number 08001235. The architects were Z.T. Wellington and Erastus Wellington. The style is Late Victorian, Folk Victorian.
