Nicolae Bosie-Codreanu
Nicolae Bosie-Codreanu (1885–1969) was a Bessarabian politician and engineer. He was born December 21, 1885, in Noua Suliță, then part of the Bessarabia Governorate of the Russian Empire (now Novoselytsia, Ukraine).
He served as a member of Sfatul Țării, the Moldovan parliament, from 1917 to 1918. On March 27, 1918, he voted for the Union of Bessarabia with Romania. After December 1917 he was Director General for Railways, Posts, Telegraphs and Telephone in the Pantelimon Erhan cabinet.
In the interwar period he was a member of the Bessarabian Peasants' Party and worked as an engineer and as a director in the Ministry of Construction in Bucharest. He died in 1969 in Timișoara, Socialist Republic of Romania.
