Yoshito Okuda (July 31, 1860 – August 21, 1917) was a Japanese politician and baron. He served as Mayor of Tokyo from June 15, 1915, until his death in August 1917. Okuda held several government roles: Minister of Education from February 20, 1913 to March 6, 1914 under Prime Minister Yamamoto Gonnohyōe; and Minister of Justice from March 6 to April 16, 1914. He was a member of the House of Representatives for Tottori City from 1903 to 1908, and later a member of the House of Peers from 1912 to 1917, nominated by the Emperor. He belonged to the Rikken Seiyūkai party and studied at Tokyo Imperial University. He was born in Tottori, Inaba Province, and died in Tokyo at the age of 57.
