Xiangyi Li is a Chinese scientist who helped start and now leads the China Science and Technology Museum in Beijing. He won the UNESCO Kalinga Prize in 2013 for his work in making science more accessible to the public. Earlier, he led science popularization at the China Association for Science and Technology, promoting science education in rural areas and among factory and mine workers.
