Yosuke Sakamoto (坂元 要介), born January 12, 1974, in Kyoto, Japan, is a former Japanese football player. He was a defensive midfielder and stood 1.70 m tall.

After graduating from Doshisha University, he joined Kyoto Purple Sanga, a club in his hometown, in 1996 and played in the J1 League, making 7 league appearances that season. In 1997 he moved to Sagawa Express Osaka in the Regional Leagues. From 2000 to 2002, he played for FC Kyoken Kyoto (later FC Kyoto Bamb) in the Japan Football League, making 57 appearances and scoring 2 goals. In total, he had 64 league appearances and 2 goals, retiring after the 2002 season.
