Glyphipterix pygmaeella is a tiny moth in the Glyphipterigidae family. It belongs to the genus Glyphipterix. The species was described by Rebel in 1896. It is found on the Canary Islands and in Hungary and Romania. The wingspan is about 7 to 7.5 millimeters.
